YOUR Fox 21/27 is proud to honor local Southwest Virginia student athletes who are making the grade as well as the scores!

The Fox 21/27 Academic All-Stars are students who have gone above and beyond the classroom and court or field and have maintained at least a 3.0 grade point average. Perhaps they have created a school web site, developed a home delivery service for the elderly, helped with a church instruction, or volunteered their time to the community in addition to their athletic excellence. 

We at Fox 21/27 want to salute these extraordinary student athletes.

The last Friday of the month, a student athlete will be highlighted as being a Fox 21/27 Academic All-Star on the Fox 21/27 Ten O'Clock News. Good Luck!
