Just got back from a long weekend back home in Cincinnati to see family, friends and eat plenty of food for my birthday weekend.

The week before I was in Wisconsin and celebrated there with friends. Forget a birthDAY ... this has been a month-long celebration!

Of course with all these travels, I think I need a vacation just to sleep! That being said ... I'm off for a long 4th of July weekend - and I can't wait. As much as I say I need to slow down, I'm not sure that will EVER happen!
