Central Virginia Training Center to Close in 2020

A Department of Justice investigation has decided that Virginia must close the Central Virginia Training Center, a facility for people with mental and physical disabilities. It says that the state is harming them by keeping them in large facilities rather than in smaller, community-based homes. But some families with members in the Center disagree with the decision.
