
This time of year, gyms fill up.
You've got to arrive early to get a spot in exercise classes and then, the number tend to fall back off and quiet down a bit.
It's all about the rush to get in shape after making all those New Year's Resolution.
Throughout February, I head "Out and About" to various gyms in our area to find ways to spice up your routine and help you keep those resolutions.
Tonight, I find myself hanging about the ground in TRX Suspension Training.
