
Throughout the month of February I have searched the area and found some excellent workouts.
This week, we did our Out and About "New Year, New You" series on hot yoga and it made me realize how important it is to find that time to just ... I don't know ... chill.
It amazes me how yoga works ... you are getting a spectacular workout ... both with strength training and flexibility, AND you're calm while it's happening.
I'm fairly used to the whole concept of sweating like a crazy person to the point of barely breathing, in order to feel like I got a great workout. AND I have every intention to continue that craziness. BUT I also think I need to add the calm to my workout routine as well.
Off to find a spot in my schedule!
