Cinnamon pecan roll with puff pastry
2 puff pastry dough sheets
2 c brown sugar
1 c butter
½ c sugar
1 c raisins
2 T cinnamon
½ c pecan pieces
Pull the puff pastry dough from freezer and let it defrost for 10 minutes so you can roll it.
Dust cinnamon, sugar, and raisins over the dough and roll it up.
Mix the brown sugar and butter together. Put 1 t of the mix in each small muffin tin cavity and add ½ teaspoon of pecan pieces.
Cut rolled dough in 2 inch segment and put them in muffin tins over butter and sugar mix. Bake them at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
While they are hot you need to transfer them into the platter. Otherwise, they will stick to the pan.
