Arson charges filed in Martinsville apartment fire

Investigators now have a woman under arrest accused of intentionally setting a fire at a Martinsville apartment complex. Cheryl Lemons was charged with arson Wednesday for last Thursday's fire at Spruce Village Apartments. The American Red Cross and other businesses in the area are helping the victims.
