Lynchburg Gas Leak Forces Evacuations

We're told the gas leak has been capped off. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.

Crews hope to have streets and businesses reopened in the next hour.

A gas leak has forced evacuation in part of Downtown Lynchburg.

The area at 12th Street and Main Street has been evacuated.

Firefighters say a work crew hit a gas line.
