Appalachian Power estimates 95% electricity restoration by Sunday

ROANOKE, VA --

Appalachian Power now estimates that 95% of all customers will have electricity back by late next Sunday night.

As of 10:55 p.m., more than 135,000 APCo customers in the WSLS viewing area do not have electricity.

Thursday: Floyd Co.

Friday: Bland Co., Carroll Co., Giles Co., Grayson Co., Montgomery Co., Pulaski Co., Wythe Co.

Saturday: Amherst Co., Bedford Co., Botetourt Co., Campbell Co., Craig Co., Franklin Co., Henry Co., Lynchburg, Nelson Co., Patrick Co., Pittsylvania Co., Roanoke City, Roanoke Co.
