Day #4 - dirt still working its way out? Check.

The Marine Corp MudRun took place this past Saturday ... today, Wednesday, after I got out of the shower - I STILL had dirt coming out of my ears.

I think this will take much longer than I realized. I think if I do this again, not only will I - NOT forget my goggles in the car (erg!) - I am seriously considering ear plugs. I may look like the complete dork gearing up before I climb on into the mud pit, but I think it could be well worth it!

I had a TON of fun, but can't imagine dirt in your ears - days later - can be all that healthy.
