Bedford Police Charge 10 People in Drug Crackdown - FOX 21/27 WFXR Roanoke/WWCW Lynchburg News, Weather

On Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, as a result of an investigation involving multiple suspects in the Bedford area, 23 indictments on ten individuals were released by a Special Grand Jury.

The following are the individuals charged and their charges.

James Parrish, 34, of Bedford County: 3 felony counts of attempt to distribute a Schedule II narcotic.

Nathaniel "Nat" Lee, 33, of City of Bedford: 1 felony count of distribution of Crack Cocaine a Schedule II narcotic.

Donald Eugene Ross, 29, of City of Bedford: 2 counts felony distribution of Sch. II controlled substance and a 3rd or subsequent offense.

Larry Latavius Agee, 33, of City of Bedford: 1 count felony distribution of a Schedule II narcotic.

Angela Victoria Amos, 35,of City of Bedford: 1 count felony distribution of Schedule II narcotic.

Melissa Dawn Arney, 39, of City of Bedford: 1 count felony distribution of Schedule II narcotic and 1 count felony distribution of imitation Schedule II narcotic.

Felton Dwayne Martin, 54, of City of Bedford: 1 count misdemeanor Obtain Money by False Pretense; 1 count felony distribution of Marijuana with in 1000ft. of a school zone, and 1 count misdemeanor distribution of Marijuana.

Jesse Dean Hess, 54, of Bedford County: 3 counts of misdemeanor distribution of Marijuana.

Timothy Lagrant Wright, 51, of Bedford County: 3 counts of misdemeanor distribution of Marijuana and 1 count felony distribution of Marijuana over 1/2oz.

All of the listed persons were arrested and taken to the Blue Ridge Regional Jail in Bedford.

The investigation is continuing and further arrests are expected.
