"Do it every single year. It is my favorite thing to do," says Aviando.

Avidano says there is a strategy to Black Friday shopping: knowing the times stores open, and the number one item you want on your list.

"Pick the best item you want and you go for it and hope some of the later items are still around. Stagger it. You kind of strategize and pick main item and go for that," says Aviando.
