Alleghany County Deputies Investigate Deadly Stabbing - FOX 21/27 WFXR Roanoke/WWCW Lynchburg News, Weather

According to Alleghany Co. Sheriff Kevin Hall, a Holiday Inn Express employee called 911 after a man was found with stab wounds.

When investigators arrived, they found a 31-year-old woman stabbed to death in a hotel room bathroom.

Police are not sure about the relationship between the man and woman.

The man was arrested and taken to Alleghany Regional Hospital for treatment.
