
3 c. mayonnaise
1 T. dry mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. Tobasco sauce
1½ T. granulated garlic
3 T. Old Bay seasoning
2 T. paprika
4 eggs
2 oz. lemon juice
¾ t. black pepper
2 c. bread crumbs
5 lb. jumbo lump crab meat
Mix all ingredients but crab meat together in a bowl. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then fold in crab meat. Cover and store. Yields 15 8-ounce servings.
