
A rockslide is blocking the northbound lane of Interstate 77 in West Virginia and is causing some major delays in Bland County.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation ,the rockslide happened at mile marker 3 just over the border in West Virginia between Princeton and Bluefield. Traffic is being detoured onto Route 460. Traffic was backed up around six miles at one point.
Crews and bulldozers have been brought in to clean up the mess. No word on when the road will reopen.
