Greek Turkey Sliders

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 c. kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
2 tsp. dried oregano
4 Tbsp. olive oil
ground black pepper to taste
Caesar dressing
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Rolls of your choice

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat skillet for medium high heat. In a large bowl, combine turkey, feta cheese, olives, oregano, and pepper and 2 Tbsp. of olive oil. Mix together, and form into patties. Lightly oil the skillet with olive oil. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through making sure burger is cooked through. Serve on rolls or wrap in lettuce, adding your favorite toppings.
