your favorite BBQ sauce
salt and pepper
1 head of green cabbage, shredded
3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
First, roast your chicken in a pan of stock and herbs for about 3 hours, until it falls apart. Allow this to cool slightly. Then add your favorite sauce and season accordingly. You can also top this with whatever toppings you enjoy: bacon, cheese, tomato, the possibilities are endless.
For the coleslaw: on a box grater, using the finer size, grate the cabbage into small threads, drain any moisture. Combine your ingredients and then add the cabbage.
