Roanoke Police released new video of the Sunday night shooting that injured six people.
Officers were in the area of Huntington Boulevard and Williamson Road at 2:36 a.m. Sunday when they heard multiple gunshots. Officers responded to the area where they heard the gunshots, which was the parking lot of the 7-Eleven store located in the 3600 block of Williamson Road.
They saw a crowd of people leaving the scene and later started getting calls from the hospital where people had been taken for treatment. They say at least six people were injured but more injuries could be possible. No one died.
In the video, you can see two men in a fight, which police say they believe was what led to the shootings. Police say there it's not clear what led to the fight but it may have been over a woman.
Police say it appears there are three people shooting in the video, and there may be a fourth.
Police released four pictures of "persons of interest." In one of the pictures, you can see a man with a gun in his right hand.
They include a male wearing lime green shorts, a gray and lime green shirt, and a gray and lime green baseball cap; a male wearing a red shirt and brown shorts; a male with a heavy build wearing black shorts and a black shirt, and in the same photograph, a male with a thin build wearing black pants and a black tank top.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
