Roads reopened in Roanoke around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday after a suspicious package was found.
Sgt. Jason Holt with Roanoke Police says a suspicious item was found in a dumpster along the 800 block of Campbell Avenue SE around 7:45 a.m. It turned out to be a bunch of industrial batteries and wires taped together.
