From Jenna Zibton at Valley View Mall: Cars started floating today at Valley view Mall after heavy rains. We're told the maintenance shop at the mall also flooded but no damage was reported.

Water started coming in from the district parking lot at Barnes & Noble and JCPenney. The general manager of the mall Louise Dudley has been here since 1996 and says she's never seen the mall flood like this before.

When we got to the scene there were two cars stuck in the water.

Eyewitnesses tell us an elderly man and a woman were stuck in a gold car and a woman and her kids were stuck in a white car that floated.
