ROANOKE -

Roanoke City police are investigating a written threat against Patrick Henry School bus #66.

Police aren't releasing many details about the threat right now, but do say that the threat was not found on the bus or on school property.

A voice recording from High School Principal Joe Jablonski was sent to all parents Monday informing them of the threat.

"Roanoke City Schools has assigned a security member of our personnel to ride the bus to and from school until the matter is resolved," Jablonski said in the recording.

No details of the threat have been released at this time.
