Chicken Parmesan sub
5-6oz. chicken breast
1 cup flour
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1-2 slices provolone cheese
3 tablespoons favorite marinara sauce
Pre-heat oven 400 degrees. Slice your chicken breast thin. Using a simple breaking station, place your chicken in flour, egg wash, and bread crumbs. Refrigerate the chicken at least 10 minutes so the breaking really adheres to the chicken. In medium heat pan, using a small amount of oil, pan-fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides. If necessary, finish the cooking of the chicken in the oven.
Meanwhile, toast your sub or sandwich roll. Place your cooked chicken in your favorite marinara sauce. Place chicken on toasted bread and melt cheese on top. Enjoy!
