BrickHouse CrossFit Hopes to Help Families of Firefighters Killed in Arizona
Anyone looking for a workout that supports a good cause this weekend may want to check out BrickHouse CrossFit.
BrickHouse is one of many locations around the country holding Saturday workouts to raise money for families of the 19 Hot Shot Firefighters who were killed while battling the Yarnell Hill Wildfire in Arizona.
Kelsey Schmitt, a BrickHouse CrossFit coach, is one of the organizers.
"We are going to do two options: RX Prescribed Workout, which is exactly like CrossFit has designed it, and we are going to do a scaled version that will be for the average person who might just walk into the door," Schmitt says.
The event starts at BrickHouse CrossFit Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and doors open at 9 a.m.
