From Franklin County to the hit TV series "So You Think You Can Dance," Asher Walker is back in town Thursday getting down with local talent.
This time he is hoping to inspire a young dance team out of Vinton to perform their best at their biggest performance yet.
Studio 45 recently found out that they were selected to perform at this year's Orange Bowl halftime show.
You can feel the excitement about the performance after only five minutes of being in the dance studio, both from the upbeat hip hop tunes to the smiles on the dancers' faces.
It's a feeling 12-year-old Kayla Turner says is indescribable.
"I am really excited and thankful that we get to go," Turner said.
She says they have been practicing five days a week to get ready for the big event.
Walker is friends with the owner of the dance studio. He says they go back since 2009 and he hopes he can give her girls inspiration.
"Any time I get to come back I love to just teach them and share my knowledge with what I have learned and just spread it around to them," Walker said.
He hopes to give these dancers the best shot they can get at making it big.
"[I] just try to produce some more great dancers that do a whole lot of bigger things than what I do," Walker said. "I just try to inspire them just through what I have learned and what I have done and just try to get them to the next level."
