Spaghetti With Meat Sauce

1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small bell pepper chopped
2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/8 cup Italian seasonings
1 package spaghetti noodles (size is up to you)

Place ground beef in a non-stick wok, or large deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat. Add onion, bell peppers and cook until soft and translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Add seasonings, cover, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes cook noodles as directed on package. Drain noodles and either add sauce and mix together or serve sauce separately.
