A judge finds Shane Padgett guilty of all 10 charges in the Cara Holley murder case today in court, including capital murder.
Padgett pled guilty to 4 of the 10 charges, and pled no contest to the other six.
Since the judge found Padgett guilty, the death penalty is on the table for sentencing. That sentencing will take place in January.
Investigators believe Padgett murdered Cara Holley back in July 2010 in Roanoke County.
They found her body dumped in the woods in Franklin County.
A judge denied a motion to declare the Virginia death penalty statute unconstitutional in this case back in March of 2012.
