This weekend, craft lovers will be taking over the Roanoke Civic Center while helping local families in need.
Hundreds of artists and crafters from across the country will roll into the Star City for the 26th annual Craftsmen's Fall Classic, which once again has partnered with Feeding America Southwest Virginia.
The doors are open Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission to the event is free, as long as you bring a food donation.
This is the second largest food drive all year for Feeding America Southwest Virginia. Last year the event brought in more than 25,000 pounds of food for the organization.
