A Montgomery County grand jury indicted the man accused of shooting two women at New River Community College back in April.
On Tuesday, Neil MacInnis, 19, was indicted on two malicious wounding counts and two firearm counts, according to Virginia Court Case Information's website.
The two victims were part-time employee Taylor Sharpe and student Kristina Bousserghine. The two women were in the lobby when MacInnis came into the Christiansburg mall where the college was located.
MacInnis is scheduled to enter a plea to the charges on Nov. 13. He is being held without bond at the Western Virginia Regional Jail.
