Corned Beef and Co. is getting a facelift.
The downtown Roanoke restaurant and bar has slowly been remodeling, adding new flooring, TVs and paint.
A new chef started a few weeks ago and soon, there will be a new menu featuring some Corned Beef classics.
They also plan to add outdoor seating on Campbell Avenue.
"I think that people over time go through different changes, the restaurants go through different changes and what we're trying to do is bring back the culinary aspect to what we're doing and maybe highlight a lot of the features that maybe a lot of people forget about what Corned Beef offers," said Colin Jones, the director of operations.
