A former Roanoke construction firm project manager will serve prison time for his embezzlement of at least $2 million in supplies.
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Virginia says a federal judge sentenced Jamie Carl Graham to three years and five months in prison, and ordered him to pay back $1,290,624 to Breakell Inc. Graham faced up to 20 years in prison.
Graham made a plea deal back in April after facing 15 federal charges in the case. Investigators say Graham used the supplies to improve his home as well as the homes of friends.
The embezzlement led to the collapse of Breakell Inc.
