Organizers Hope to Expand Special Needs Talent Show
The organizers of a special needs talent show say next year's event will be even bigger.
Cindy Shelor organized the show as a fundraiser for the foundation in her son's name.
Her son Ryan passed away at just 21 years old, and the talent show is one way to keep his memory alive and even make a difference in the community by raising money to help families with special needs children.
"It just made my heart so warm, because I just saw these kids performing and I do think there's a need," Shelor said. "There's very little things for these kids to do."
She says she hopes next year to grow the number of participants in the talent show.
