Roanoke County Police have arrested a man in connection with Tuesday's nights shooting at a home on Starkey Road in Roanoke County.
Robert Benjamin Fisher has been identified as the shooter in the investigation. He's been charged with two counts of malicious wounding and two counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Fisher is currently being held in the Roanoke County/Salem jail without bond.
Roanoke County Police Assistant Chief Chuck Mason says a man and woman were shot in a home in the 4800 block of Starkey Road around 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Both are expected to recover.
Officers are now searching for the gunman. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
