7 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
½ c heavy cream
¼ c water
¼ c sugar
1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
sea salt for garnish
sweets to dip, such as marshmallows, cheesecake, cookies, fruit, or donuts

Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Combine the butter, cream, water, and sugar in a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the cream comes to a rolling boil. Immediately pour over the chocolate and wait 90 seconds. Whisk gently to combine. Keep warm over a double boiler or in a fondue pot over a very low flame. Serve immediately.
