NBC's The Voice star and season five winner Danielle Bradbery paid an exclusive visit to one Roanoke County High School today for a special performance.
Students at Glenvar High School received the most votes and won the toy's for tot's text competition and even raised toys for the cause.
Bradbery took a short break from her tour and traveled here from Houston, Texas to give the students a private concert they'll never forget. She spoke to WSLS about what life has been like since winning the voice.
“It was life changing. I mean my life literally turned right around,” Bradbery said. A winner on “Team Blake, she describes working with country music star as an amazing experience. She says Blake helped her overcome her shyness and take the stage.
“ I was so shy, being in my room by myself. I preferred to be by myself when it involved music. I mean who would have thought i would be on a national TV show and the biggest singing show i mean you never know what's going to happen.
