Deep Dish Biscuit Pizza, English Muffin Pizza, and Pita Pizza

Deep Dish Biscuit Pizza

1 (16.3 ounce) can Grands® Homestyle refrigerated original biscuits
1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup desired toppings

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 12 baking pan with non stick spray. Spread pizza sauce until you have a thin layer. Top with what ever toppings you desire. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown

English Muffin Pizza

1 (12 ounce) package English muffins, split
1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni (or desired toppings)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Arrange English muffin halves, cut-side up, on a baking sheet. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each English muffin; top with mozzarella cheese. Place pepperoni slices on top of cheese. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

Pita Pizza

1 pita bread round
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 tablespoons pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or Italian seasoning (if desired)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread one side of the pita with olive oil and pizza sauce. Top with cheese and mushrooms, and season with garlic powder or Italian seasoning. Place pita pizza on cookie sheet, cook until cheese completely melts, about 5 minutes.
