In a large pan over medium heat , sauté olive oil, garlic, white onion and green pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes and add green onion, thawed corn, lime juice, cumin and sugar. Stir in mayonnaise, cream cheese and shredded mango fire cheddar. Heat until cheese is melted and keep warm in crock pot. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
