Tersano Inc and Lotus® PRO cleaning system First product of its kind to receive GS-53 Green Seal Standard Certified.

(PRWEB) September 04, 2014

Tersano Inc. (Oldcastle, ON), provider of the lotus® PRO cleaning system is happy to announce that the solution produced by the Aqueous Ozone Unit has received certification under the Green Seal Standard for Cleaning Products for Industrial & Institutional Use (GS-37) and is also the first product of its kind to receive certification under the Green Seal standard for Speciality Cleaning Products for Industrial & Institutional Use (GS-53).

The lotus® PRO cleaning system transforms ordinary tap water into an effective natural commercial cleaner by infusing it with ozone. Aqueous ozone is nature's effective cleaner and germ killer. It reduces pathogens, grime, grease, and more from any surface. It's also more powerful than chlorine bleach* (*claim based on comparison of Oxidation Potential Ratings) and leaves no residues, reverting back to water and oxygen after heavy-duty cleaning.

Green Seal certification gives the lotus® PRO solution third party verification of its green standard. To earn certification the product must demonstrate effective functional performance with an objective, standardized test method applicable for the product category or demonstrate comparable or superior cleaning performance to a national market-leading product in its category.

About the Green Seal Certification Mark

The Certification Mark on a product label demonstrates that a company has undergone a rigorous process to keep you, your family, staff and customers safer and healthier while also reducing the impact on the environment. Additionally, the Mark demonstrates that the product or service has undergone comprehensive performance testing and periodic on-site audits.

Receipt of Green Seal certification allows Tersano to assure its customers that the lotus® PRO system aqueous ozone solution meets all GS-37 and GS-53 health and environmental requirements, and offers them a toxin free and environmentally preferable product and service.

Green Seal certification is a reputable addition to the regulatory compliance and standards already achieved by Tersano Inc and the lotus® PRO:

EPA, FDA, USDA, Health Canada and CFIA, TURI, TUV & OSHA

With the needs of our customers in mind, Tersano designed the lotus® PRO system with the most advanced innovative technology, providing a natural and safer solution for all cleaning needs and applications. Our company strongly believes in using only the highest standards with all of our products and lotus® PRO exceeds specific regulations in our industry.

We are excited to add Green Seal certification to our achievements and look forward to continuing to achieve the highest standards for products for our clients.
